Job Responsibility:

Are you looking for a new challenge within the pharmacy department? Do you want to make a difference to patient care within a hospital setting The post holder will actively participate in the delivery of Pharmacy services across a range of specialties The right applicants will be dedicated, hard working individuals that work well in a team environment as well as under own initiative. Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential. To support the oncology homecare service, this will include liasing with consulants and the chemo unit to supply medication to patients Work together with serval homecare providers Answer any telephone queries and patient concerns. Booking appointmentsagainst clinic schedules Paying finance and dealing with nay queries As well as maintaining the day to day running of the service. To support other services within the pharmacy department including the Dispensary. Previous pharmacy experience would be of benefit, however we welcome applications from those with no previous experience as full training will be given.
