About us

B E Webbe Self Storage operates 8 custom built Self Storage facilities, in Derby, Nottingham, Burton on Trent, Mansfield, Long Eaton and Rotherham. Established in 1908, B E Webbe also manages a Removal service for the domestic and business sectors with our fleet of removal vans and 24 removal employees. We strongly believe that our staff are our greatest asset.

• You will be required to work Saturdays 9:00am to 4:00pm and Sundays 10:00am to 4:00pm, some weekday holiday cover may be required.
• Opening the office in the mornings and closing up in the afternoons, working independently.
• You should have excellent customer service skills, communicating effectively on the phone and face to face. Ideally have basic computer literacy, where training will be provided on our in-house systems.
• You would be monitoring our existing customers who would be accessing their Storage Units and providing new customers with sales information such as pricing, promotions and removal rates.
• To directly communicate with the Store Manager as appropriate.
• We expect our sites to look great which means that time will be dedicated to the up-keep and maintenance of the site.
• You will preferably live within 20 minutes travelling time of the Depot, to provide occasional call out cover and preferably hold a full driving license.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £80.08 per day
