Prize Shop Assistant

Overview:Join our team as a Prize Shop Assistant in a bustling Arcade environment. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Process transactions accurately, using tickets customers have won- Maintain good organization of the shop floor, including restocking and arranging displays- Assist in monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise- Support with opening and closing procedures

Experience:- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Organizational skills to manage tasks effectively- Time management skills to prioritize duties accordingly
