Practice Manager Michelle Hays has an amazing opportunity for an experienced, confident, and motivated Lead Dental Nurse to join her fantastic team at Bupa Dental Care Sheffield!

Located in the heart of Sheffield, our practice is close to local shops, cosy cafés, gyms, and public transport links – perfect for your daily commute and lunch breaks. We’re a friendly, established team based in a modern 5-surgery practice with:

8 talented and supportive dental nursesA mix of general and specialist treatmentsA reputation for delivering excellent patient care

About the Role:

Full-time: 40 hours/week£14.50 – £16.50 per hour (depending on experience)Ideal for someone with management or leadership experiencePost-qualifications are a bonus, or a keen interest in career development is a must!

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise dental nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Assist in the delivery of dental treatments while maintaining a sterile environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns.
• Organize and manage patient records using IT systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a supportive team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.50-£16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
