Touchstone operates in a competitive commercial environment, requiring best use of resources to maintain a return to the Group both financially and socially.
This role will be overseeing the tenancy administration within the portfolio, ensuring the highest level of service to both internal and external clients.
Our services to our clients and our customers will always be highly responsive and efficient and our overall aim is to achieve excellent financial and operational portfolio performance for them. The post-holder must maintain good contacts within the Group and internal departments and share information to assist in the provision of an effective and high quality service.
More about your role
On a daily basis, you will play a key role in reviewing and processing incoming customer applications, ensuring they are fully complete and have the relevant documents in order to be set up on our internal systems.
You will deal with various enquiries and be expected to do in an efficient manner, this will be done face to face, email, online or over the phone. Customer service is a key part of the role and you will be expected to ensure that the current levels are maintained.
In addition to managing and working closely with colleagues to ensure that all properties are correctly recorded, you will carry out general administration tasks which includes typing, photocopying, scanning and filing.
More about you
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. You will a proven record of working as an administrator and be familiar with IT tools such as MS Outlook and Teams.
Experience & Skills
- Experience of working in an administration role,
- Knowledge of MS packages such as Word and Excel,
- Excellent communication skills.
