WHAT TO EXPECT
You'll work within a small team, shaping the future of test drive, handover and client care experiences for clients of our new car, launching in 2025.
You'll work alongside a senior manager to define what the client experience should be, then take responsibility for ensuring the implementation of world class, luxury experiences in our global markets. In doing so, you'll have a significant influence over the success of the overall brand transformation.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Champion the client throughout the Jaguar business: You must have a ‘people first' approach, always leading by example and putting the client experience at the heart of our operations and presenting a compelling case for internal changes and improvements
- Work with the training team to consistently bring world class experiences to our clients through retailer partners and third party providers
- Monitor competitor, industry, and wider best practice activities, and react accordingly
- Define, implement, and monitor the Client Satisfaction journey / feedback loops, leveraging data gathered to inform engagement strategies
- Financial Analysis - manage your budget effectively and be able to promote requirements for additional funding where they can increase the Client recommendation ratings and increase overall business performance
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Strong analytical skills able to use data to drive analysis and results
- Capable of seeing the 'bigger picture' and thinking strategically
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Proven record as a Client Experience leader
- Management of projects from conception to launch, and then programme management and continual improvement once bedded in
This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
