We are seeking a forward-thinking Workforce Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives to cultivate and nurture our organisation's most valuable asset - our people.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a small team of workforce development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Oversee and manage the organisation's approach to apprenticeships, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Design and deliver a comprehensive graduate management development program, aligning it with the national graduate development program standards.

Coordinate and facilitate work experience opportunities, supported internships for individuals with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), paid traineeships, and redeployment support programs.

Develop and implement strategies to increase the utilisation of apprenticeships for existing staff development and upskilling.

Establish and maintain a robust talent management framework, including a comprehensive skills framework to identify and address skill gaps proactively.

Conceptualise and deliver an apprenticeship development package to support the organisation's apprenticeship initiatives.

You will have:

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, with a keen interest in workforce development, talent management, and learning and development initiatives.

A strong background in project management, organisational development, or a related field, with the potential to transfer skills and knowledge to workforce development roles.

Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
