Job Responsibility:

Overview:We are seeking a part-time skilled and motivated Print Shop/Embroidery Shop Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will provide support in various areas, but not limited to, printing and finishing, embroidery, equipment operation, and customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for assisting others.

Responsibilities:- Assist with day to day garment embroidery and printing.- Assist with day to day label, sticker, signage manufaturing.- Do stock take and stock allocation to certain jobs- Follow jobsheet instructions and perform tasks that are required- Provide exceptional customer service to clients- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations- Do general workshop activities, such as follow clean as you go etc.

Experience:- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred- Ability to follow simple instruction and take initiative.- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills- Excellent customer service skills
