The Role

We are an all-in-one utility concierge looking to appoint a driven and hard-working Inbound Sales Consultant to our friendly and growing team.

The role has a focus on inbound soft sales, supported by fantastic customer service - our customers want us to help them, and we get great reviews. All of our customers and leads are ‘warm', so the role doesn't require any cold calling. Who even does that these days?

This role is remote, in line with the rest of our team. However, we do carry out in-person team meetings and training sessions at least once per quarter in central London - so you must be prepared to commute on an occasional basis.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of an Inbound Sales Consultant include, but are not limited to:

  • Completing your training, as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Using product knowledge and customer service skills to convert inbound sales opportunities via telephone and email
  • Setting up accounts with our supplier partners, and clearly setting expectations for customers with regard to wait times and supplier behavior
  • Providing some administrative support across marketing, sales and operations

  • Base salary is £21,200pa
  • Uncapped commission and first-year OTE of between £30,000 - £38,000pa, with top performers expected to exceed this range

The Person

The key skills and qualities of an Inbound Sales Consultant are:

  • Minimum requirement - completion of GCSE's A* - C or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable multi-tasking
  • You are motivated by working towards targets and have a natural inclination towards sales
  • You appreciate the role that strong customer service plays in sales and strive to build relationships with customers to ensure they convert
  • You're driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
