Job Responsibility:

Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the retail store- Provide leadership and guidance to the retail team- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times- Monitor and maintain inventory levels- Train and develop retail staff on sales techniques and product knowledge- Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner- Maintain a clean and organized store environment- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy

Skills:

- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, scheduling, and inventory management- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance- Multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse customers- Sales management skills to drive sales and meet targets- Organizational skills to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store- Ability to manage and supervise a team of retail staff- Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with customers and staff members- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the retail team
