Job Responsibility:
Bothwell Castle Care Home is looking to appoint a Clinical Deputy Manager An RGN / RMN , who will support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operations.
Our luxurious, private care facility is based in South Lanarkshire and offers exemplary standards of Nursing, Residential, Respite & Dementia care for up to 75 residents.
We provide the very highest standards of care, which we believe starts with having the right people on board to share our passion in caring for others.
Clinical Deputy Manager Contract
- £23.50 per hour (£48,880 per annum)
- 40-hour weekly contract
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Meals provided on shift
- Uniform provided
- Onsite parking
For our home to be maintained to an exemplary standard and make sure our residents receive a high quality of care, we believe the Deputy Manager should have the following qualities and experience:
- An RGN / RMN
- Candidate Must Have Valid NMC PIN
- It would be preferable the incoming candidate has already worked as a Deputy Manager
- Previous working history with the elderly.
- Successful, proven-track record leading and managing a team.
- Able to support staff with further training and support.
- Confident to step in for the Home Manager from time to time, ie, annual leave.
