We are looking for an experienced supervisor / data administrator to join the team working alongside the Community Mental Health Team at Church Hill House, Bracknell.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the busy and fast paced Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults at Church Hill House. You will be working with health and social care professionals to ensure a high quality of work is delivered.

To be responsible for the collation, chasing and checking of data from the CMHT OA. To prepare data for reporting ensuring deadlines are met. Continuously monitoring data to ensure high level of quality is achieved.

To supervise/manage the BFC Administration Assistants in the team in order to support the delivery of a high quality, cost effective service.

You will be supported to carry out the following duties, responsibilities and training…

  • To be responsible for the collation, chasing and checking of data from the CMHT OA. To prepare data for reporting ensuring deadlines are met. Continuously monitoring data to ensure high level of quality is achieved.
  • To supervise/manage the BFC Administration Assistants in the team in order to support the delivery of a high quality, cost effective service.
  • To hold regular team meetings, to conduct yearly appraisals and monitor/manage individual's performance including staff development against specific targets and statutory requirements.
  • To work with the Admin Lead to continually improve the procedures within the services offered by the team and to contribute with various audits, returns and inspections.
  • To carry out all necessary data checking and data cleansing as required within the exception reports.
  • To arrange, attend, contribute to and minute meetings and to prepare appropriate reports. To type confidential correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • To ensure that accurate and up to date records are maintained at all times in accordance with guidelines, policies, procedures and data system requirements.
  • To manage time and workload effectively in relation one's own duties as well as staff members.
  • To ensure adherence to Health and Safety Regulations.
  • To undertake administration duties in relation to this post and to demonstrate values and behaviours within the administration team.
  • To perform any other duties/tasks as may from time to time be necessary and compatible with the nature of the post. What we're looking for…

An Administraton Supervisor who has

  • Management / Supervisory experience of at least one year.
  • An interest in service development and service evaluation.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Effective administration skills with experience of organising and managing own workload whilst working to deadlines.
