Job Responsibility:

At the Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust we are a leading General Hospital and specialist tertiary centre for cancer. We are looking to recruit a reliable and flexible person to manage a number of administrative duties within our Department who will need to be organised, enthusiastic and conscientious. You will be required to provide a high standard of support to the Nuclear Medicine team. We expect a significant proportion of the workload to be appointment focused to ensure the department is able to meet the service requirements. Secondly, to supply administrative assistance to the team under guidance to help maintain our quality management system. This will be in conjunction with our senior leadership team. A good working knowledge of office administration as you may be required to provide ad hoc administrative support to our Nuclear Medicine Clinicians. Your role will require good organisational and communication skills. You should possess good time management skills, a good telephone manner, good general computing/data management skills and the ability to use your initiative when required. You will need to have previous administrative experience, and be able to work unsupervised. Royal Surrey is a compassionate and collaborative acute and community Trust.
