About The Role

We're looking for a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to join our Occupational Health team in Aberdeen, on a full-time permanent basis. Working Monday-Friday, you will be based at our office in Dyce.

Working closely with key managers, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing complex planning projects, ensuring full staff coverage across the department.

What you will do:

  • Maintain and update all clinical rotas, including Topside & Diving Cover, Duty Doctor, as well as routine and adhoc cover.
  • Coordinate clinical workforce planning to ensure workflow remains on schedule.
  • Ensure clinical leave requests are captured, ensuring adequate cover is in place.
  • Responsible for approving timesheets for Topside and Diving Doctor shifts.
  • Work closely with the Administration Manager and wider operations team to support with adhoc requests.
  • Responsible for creating POs relating to travel for any client sites.

About you:

  • Previous Planning and Scheduling experience would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience working with clinical personnel would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience working in a high demand, fast paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Previous experience working autonomously and a confident decision maker.
  • Quality orientated with a positive, can do attitude.
