Job Responsibility:

Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a 2 to 3 year PQE (or equivalent) associate to join the Technology Commerce practice group in our London office. Dorsey's Technology Commerce practice is part of the Corporate Group and advises on a wide variety of high-stakes transactions and agreements that involve the development, transfer and use of intellectual property assets and the commercialization of products and services with intellectual property at their core. Our projects cut across all of our industry groups, and we negotiate agreements involving the latest emerging technologies, including AI, VR, and cloud-based services. The following qualifications are required:
  • Two to three years of post-qualification experience
  • Admission as a solicitor in England and Wales; or ability to practice in England and Wales without the need for sponsorship
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Strong academic performance
