As a Business Administrator within Reprographics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's administrative and printing solutions. Responsibilities include:
  • Perform general Reprographics tasks such as producing general documentation in support of the company.
  • Maintain and update printing records and databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide information to clients, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the management team in coordinating and executing various projects.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Reprographics policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate some of the following:
  • Experience in printing, or similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy and good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Some problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to manual handle boxes of paper.
  • Willing to learn to operate Reprographics machinery daily.
