We are recruiting a mortgage and a protection advisor- trainee welcome (partially qualified but looking to be fully qualified at the earliest). This is a self employed role . You have to have your own leads but we can teach you on how to get your own leads. Must have some sales experience but for the right candidate with passion to make money and hungry for success we can consider if you have the attitude to learn andn grow.

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage and protection Advisor to join our team in providing expert financial advice and guidance to clients seeking mortgage solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales.

- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial needs and goals

- Provide professional advice on mortgage products, rates, and terms

- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and documentation

- Analyse financial information to determine suitable mortgage options for clients

- Keep up-to-date with market trends and regulations affecting the mortgage industry

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

- CeMap or equelivant or partly qualified

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of current mortgage regulations and compliance standards

- CeMAP qualification
