PureGym Academy is a fitness education and training provider dedicated to helping individuals achieve their personal training qualifications and kickstart their careers in the fitness industry. We offer a variety of accredited courses, including our Level 3 Combined Diploma in Personal Training and NASM CPD Courses. Our dynamic team are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive Apprentice to join us and support all marketing activities.

Job Overview:

As a Marketing Executive Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing team in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and increasing leads to sign up for our courses. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain hands-on experience. The successful candidate can develop a career in marketing within the fitness education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Help create content for our social media channels, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Campaign support: Support the Marketing Manager with planning, developing and executing cohesive marketing campaigns

Social Media Management: You will help manage and grow our social media presence by monitoring engagement and interacting with our community.

Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, designing, and analysing campaign performance.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and potential growth opportunities.

Event Support: Help plan, promote and support events such as open days and webinars.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.

Administrative Tasks: Support the marketing team, including maintaining databases and organising marketing materials.

Qualifications:

Education: GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Essential

GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Essential

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative who has a keen eye for detail
• Basic understanding of digital marketing facets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Programmes (Premier Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
