Position: Door Supervisor for licenced hospitality venues

Location: London

Salary Range: £12.50 - £13.25 per hour

Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced Door Supervisor SIA Security Officers to join our team in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, their staff, and their customers. As a Door Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, and it will be your responsibility to maintain a safe and secure environment for all. If you have the relevant experience, hold a valid SIA licence, have the Right to Work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work history, we want to hear from YOU!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough security checks on individuals entering the premises.
• Monitoring and controlling access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Handling and diffusing potentially volatile situations with professionalism.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and patrons.
• Working with colleagues and venue management to maintain a cohesive security strategy.
• Reporting and documenting incidents as required.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of security service.

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is mandatory
• Smart appearance: Black Suit, White shirt, black tie and smart black shoes
• Must be able to work around alcohol
• Excellent knowledge of security procedures, access control, and crowd management techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per the establishment's operational requirements.
