Job Title: Construction Manager / Project Manager Business Unit: Hyperscale Location: London, Birmingham or Bradford office Reporting to: Senior Project Manager The opportunity We have an opportunity for a Construction Manager / Project Manager to work on a major prison project in Bicester / Aylesbury in the Buckinghamshire area. The project is part of the New Prisons Programme (NPP) under the Alliance 4 New Prisons (A4NP). The MoJ's NPP is delivering thousands of new prison places as part of Government's commitment to deliver 20,000 modern prison places across the UK. Ideally you will have experience working on major prison projects in areas such as early works (surveys, habitat), external works (road entrance, car park and sports park), site wide infrastructure and house blocks and ancillaries. This is a great opportunity for a Construction Manager / Project Manager to be involved on a long term project from the beginning, ideally you will be located in commuting distance to the project, although due to the long term nature of the project candidates will be considered that have the flexibility to work out of one of our regional offices in either London, Birmingham or Bradford and travel to the project site. #LI-JM1 What's in it for you?
