JUNIOR LABOURER

THE ROLE

We're looking to appointment a Junior Labourer to support our busy Maintenance team across all M-Sport owned properties. Based on the edge of the English Lake District National Park, the Dovenby Hall Estate houses a Grade II listed Manor House alongside a new state-of-the-art Evaluation Centre - where lays responsibility for all M-Sport UK's global motorsport projects.

The role responsibilities include:

• Perform routine building maintenance duties including building repairs, painting, minor electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, heating, and ventilation systems maintenance across several commercial and residential properties.
• Office installations and furniture building.
• Repair equipment and various machines and appliances.
• Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work.
• Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, with grades A-C or 9-6, including Maths, English, and a Science-based qualification. Previous training at apprenticeship / college level on one or more aspects of the role's responsibilities would be an advantage.

You should be hardworking, dedicated, and flexible with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.

You should have a meticulous attention to detail and practical approach to problem solving.

You should have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You should be willing to work outdoors in all weathers and be a good communicator who presents a professional approach to every task.
