ABOUT THIS ROLE As Coordinator, Audible Originals, you will help Audible manage and execute our original content strategy, with a focus on Audible Original Books, Podcasts and Scripted Drama. You will support the team working with content creators, agents, recognized IP and brands, to bolster the content offering that Audible provides its customers. - Oversee the submissions process for Audible Originals, tracking communications with external partners and helping team ensure relationships are properly prioritised and content opportunities efficiently progressed
- Liaise effectively with Production, Marketing, Finance, and Public Relations to ensure Audible Original projects stay on the right trajectory between acquisition and launch
- Assist the editorial production process for Audible Original books, including supporting a network of freelance book editors
- Support conference attendance and awards submissions across the originals slate
- Maintain flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as per business needs

- Experience in project management, including demonstrated experience working with teams under tight deadlines
- Past experience influencing across levels of an organisation via verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated experience initiating project ideas, including working independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in publishing, audio publishing and/or podcasting
- Desire to represent Audible to an external market
