About The Role
Due to our continued success and expansion of Avonline Networks we have an exciting opportunity for a Works Control Administrator to join our team. This is an opportunity a be a part of an extremely busy and vibrant environment, it is the main point of contact for the teams across the country who are out on site delivering schemes of work digging holes and laying new cable. We work on planned and reactive works in this office, we liaise with the local councils and the client to ensure the works are delivered in a safe and timely manner.
Avonline Networks deliver service excellence on a nationwide basis. From the national fibre networks which millions of homes and businesses rely upon every day, to the infrastructure that delivers the latest technology to Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU's) across the UK. Providing installation and maintenance of infrastructure to MDU's across the UK for public sector, social housing, and private landlords, which include the latest technology, FTTP and IRS.
The role & responsibilities:
You will be liaising on the phone with our field teams and our external stakeholders, this role is all about communication and collaboration Using our Works Management System (Salesforce) to generating reports daily on existing works and manage the reports with our field teams.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers both verbally and in writing
- Managing task completion dates to meet SLAs and KPIs by seeking resolution to problems and proactive escalation
- Working with multiple client systems to update clients and raise issues.
- Validating information received ensuring it is fit for purpose and meets stakeholder requirements
- Manage personal and group emails
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders using a variety of existing MS Excel trackers and other Client / Avonline systems as appropriate.
- Accurately check and validate all works completed by our subcontractors or internal workforce.
