Primary Purpose:The Senior Associate owns the online content calendar and strategy for Coach and kate spade new york for all UK & EU sites, ensuring content is reflective of the brands, current priorities, and drives trade initiatives & the onsite customer experience.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Ecommerce to...
- Manage the online content calendar and strategy, leading weekly creative calls, providing sign-off, sharing weekly content performance per site, content analysis and A/B testing
- Ensure UK & EU site content supports product investment per season as well as key commercial events
- Add site specific localisation to all briefs and content requests
- Take an omni-channel approach to site content, partnering with Brand Marketing to ensure content supports store events and social activity
- Partner with the Ecommerce Merchandiser on weekly trade takeaways per site to ensure content supports trade needs
- Feed into weekly Ecommerce team meetings sharing insights on content performance, A/B test results & development
- Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Performance Marketing & Creative teams
- Work closely with the Content Manager & Senior Web Production Coordinator to support with production of content across UK & EU sites
The accomplished individual will possess...
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Ecommerce, preferably in a global retail business
- Highly analytical and confident using Excel for data manipulation
- Experience using Ecommerce platforms and merchandising tools including Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Experienced in Google Analytics to measure and analyse site performance and user behaviour
- Commercial and results driven
- Passionate about Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, staying up to date with trends, technologies and best practices
- A strong team player and excellent communicator
