To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a New Sales Stock Controller, to be based at our offices in Slough on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.
Due to the nature of the work to be undertaken, we are unable to offer home working or hybrid working for this role.
About the role:
- Responsible for picking and packing orders for dispatch and generating a delivery note via the ERP system
- Unpack and check incoming shipments, ensuring condition and CE marking, then correctly place in stockroom or prepare for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records on the ERP system (SAP) for environmental and regulatory purposes.
- Organise and conduct stock counts on a regular basis, reconcile data and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with the investigation and resolution of customer problems relating to delivery discrepancies.
About You:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a regulated or highly controlled environment.
- Precise and accurate record keeping, experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
- This is a very physical role that will require the regular manual handling of items up to 25kg in weight, and the use of hand trucks to move consignments around the building.
