The Role

As an Installation/Sales Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in our Installations department. Your primary responsibility will be booking installation work and supporting our team of engineers. Our engineers handle Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Portable Extinguishers, and Emergency Lighting installations in line with current standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle installation-related telephone enquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate installation work for various systems (Fire, Intruder, CCTV, etc.).
  • Book minor works and return visits.
  • Ensure all work is logged onto our software system (Cash) and managed efficiently.
  • Organise and support the Installation team and Operations Manager.
  • Liaise with engineers to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.
  • Review and process engineer job sheets for invoicing.
  • Follow the installation process from sales enquiry to commissioning, ensuring compliance with BAFE standards.

What You Bring

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in the Security and/or Fire industry.
  • Previous experience in an administration/coordination role.
