We are seeking a passionate Technology IAM Administrator to join our IT Service Management Team in the Technology Division. IAM Administrator will support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team that provides the delivery of the end to end creation of users' role-based access onto SJP systems in line with industry standards and security policies to defined service levels.

What you'll be doing?

  • The account provision and administration of SJP users onto IT systems
  • Managing existing user profile changes and leaver provisioning
  • First point of contact for all aspects of user access provisioning
  • Reviewing and regularly amending access provisioning procedures
  • Providing support and guidance on access provisioning processes
  • Responding to queries and escalations raised via email or phone

Who are we looking for?

  • Typing proficiency to accommodate the high level of email and MS Word communications that are dealt with daily
  • Good literacy of MS Office ie Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Professional and presentable with good customer service skills together with an ability to communicate at all levels
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
