We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mobilisation Manager to join our Bespoke and Team Brain Injury Support teams, part of the Acuity Care Group. leading H&SC provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes.

As the Mobilisation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful rollout and implementation of complex packages of support. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition, from assessment, planning to execution, while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the mobilisation and implementation of services across the central and south region:

  • Oversee the strategic planning and execution of new service rollouts and expansions in the central and south regions.
  • Coordinate all aspects of service implementation, from initial planning through to full operational launch.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all mobilisation activities, ensuring that services meet company standards and client expectations.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets:

  • Create comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery:

  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including recruitment, compliance, HR and operations, to align on service delivery requirements.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate smooth project execution and address any concerns.
  • Facilitate regular communication and meetings to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.

Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of care staff:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team for care staff, including interviews, meet & greets and selection.
  • Ensure that new hires are well-prepared for their roles and familiar with company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with compliance, operations and clinicians to integrate new staff members effectively into the team and support their transition.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies:

  • Monitor and ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards of compliance and address any potential issues.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards, making necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues promptly:

  • Track and evaluate project progress against established goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.

Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team:

  • Promote a work environment that values high standards of performance, professionalism, and continuous learning.
  • Encourage team members to provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement and excellence within the team.

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

Proven experience in a similar mobilisation or project management role within the healthcare sector:

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading service mobilisation or project management initiatives specifically within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in overseeing complex projects, including the planning, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare services or programs.

Strong organisational and leadership skills:

  • Exceptional organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving common goals and maintaining high standards of performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with team members, clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines:

  • Demonstrated capability to remain calm and focused under pressure, handling high-stress situations with professionalism.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance:

  • In-depth understanding of relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to ensure that all projects and operations adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines, maintaining high levels of quality and safety.

Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on approach:

  • Highly adaptable to changing circumstances and requirements, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on role in various aspects of the project, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.

Immediate availability:

  • Ideally available to start in the role immediately, with a readiness to quickly integrate into the team and begin contributing to ongoing and upcoming projects.
