Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:00

Role summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of current systems and integration of new. Responsible for project registrations, corporate deals and special prices for all LES and Third Parties. Tracking Projects through a Construction Database and feeding project intel into the sales force and communicating to all relevant dept. Managing Trade Plus discounts. Administering Third Party Claims.
Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Develop close working relationships both internally & externally
- Achieve and aim to exceed all KPIs & WIGs and work towards company goals
- Responsible for project registrations on internal systems
- Authority on special pricing and corporate Deals
- Responsible for the “Open Up” of projects between third parties and MEUK
- Identifying the tendering parties involved in projects and keeping the sales force up to date
- Administer all aspects of Discount scheme, from application to review - maintaining accurate records
- The 1st line of contact on internal system enquiries
- Maintain reputation of sales & project tracking department both internally & externally
- Working professionally and maintaining LES/ Customer confidentiality at all times
- Remain up to date in all aspects of training & development
- Understand and comply with all relevant company policies
