Rate of Pay: £22,913 (FTE) - £19,771.28 pro Rata Hours of Work: 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday Term Time, including Inset days (a total of 39 weeks). Working under the Office Manager you will undertake general administration duties, attendance office support and reception duties where required. Ensuring that all administration, clerical and attendance tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Undertake administration duties, generating documents, letters and communications.
- General administrative duties as required and directed by the Office Manager
- Working with the attendance officer to make calls to parents of absent students
- Support attendance officer with related tasks
- Process telephone calls and action appropriately
- Undertake reprographic duties including photocopying and collating documents for all staff
- Reception duties, dealing with visitors to the academy in line with school and United Learning policies. Ensure a welcoming and efficient first impression to all visitors.
- Deal with enquiries from parents, staff, students and external agencies
- Assist with the planning and running of school events such as parents' evenings and school trips
- Undertake First aid training and cover the first aid rota where required
- Undertake Fire Warden training
- Lunch and break duties on the school grounds
- Maintain student files both physical and online
- Assist with data production
- Opportunity to support on school trips
