Join our Major Projects team as an Assistant Site Cost Administrator on the Box Encapsulation Plant project on Sellafield and you'll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you!
What you'll be doing As an Assistant Site Cost Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist the Timekeeper with the uploading of timesheets/ hours onto Oracle R12 & Replicon software. Ensuring allocation sheets are submitted and received by all the JV blue collars on time to issue accurate cost allocations and adjustments.
- Reconciliation of weekly hours worked/paid
- Follow up for missing supervisor approvals
- Checking correct booking codes are applied on allocation sheets
- Uploading of timesheets/ hours onto Replicon software for 200+ employees
- Maintaining Absence/Sickness/Holiday Records
- Cross referencing allocation sheets along with the security gate clocking machine reports
- Processing staff monthly overtime sheets
Who we're looking for Essential Experience & Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, proactive and practical Administrator.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Honest Reliable and Professional Person.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
- Organised with excellent timekeeping skills.
- Computer Literate.
- The ability to obtain BPSS and a P4 pass is essential
