Job Responsibility:

We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Nurse-led team to provide care to our client in Chester (CH4).

You'll be providing care and support to a lady with Ehlers Danlos syndrome, you will support her with complex stoma and personal care. This client enjoys gaming, nail art and spending time with her cats and you will support her to enjoy these activities.

This is a full-time vacancy with 3 x 12 hour shifts per week 8am-8pm and to include some weekends.

Whilst it is essential that you have some experience of providing care to those with complex needs, we do provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme for the specific skills required, which is overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the nurse-led team. We are looking for someone who has excellent people skills, is a great communicator and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
