Job Responsibility:

We are seeking to recruit an administrator to work within an exciting new service development within Pennine Care as part of our Children and Young People Crisis Service, this includes the Home Intensive Treatment Team, Rapid Response and Enhanced Rapid Response Pediatric Support. If you are committed to delivering a high quality service and providing the very best standard of care for our patients, then this could be the opportunity for you. This includes covering a variety of shifts covering our 7-day service. Full time 37.5 hours per week. The post holder will work within the new crisis service within Pennine Care. They will have excellent communication and word processing skills. It is essential for the post holder to be able to manage her/his time effectively and to be flexible in order to meet the needs of the service. The post holder must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The post holder must be adept at problem-solving techniques and possess exceptional decision-making abilities. The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining accurate data of the service activity and support the clinical work of the service via administration systems and processes. The role will involve liaison with children, young people, their families and members of the public via the telephone and face to face.
