What you'll be doing- Act as a link between Designers and Operation teams/sub contractors
- To supervise works being carried out with BBLP teams or sub contractors
- Supervise works to ensure they proceed in accordance with the design and risk assessments
- To ensure that CDM requirements have been met by designers before schemes go to site
- Prepare health and safety plans for the works
- Promote and reinforce Balfour Beatty Zero Harm health and safety culture
- Ensure works meet required standard for delivery inspections and audits
Who we're looking for- Good planning and organisation skills
- Good presentation, influencing and motivational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to develop and motivated to achieve targets
- Flexible attitude and willingness to travel to multiple site locations
Technical Competences:
- Ideally educated to HND/HNC Level with good knowledge of construction
- Good experience and understanding of working on and off the public highway on construction sites
- Understanding of construction methods, codes of practice, CDM regulations and risk
- Computer literate and knowledge of MS suite
- CSCS card
- SMSTS
