At St. James's Place, we support our Partners in delivering exceptional financial services to their clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Marketing Account Specialist to join our Marketing Support team. This role is crucial in ensuring our Partner Websites are well maintained, compliant, and effective in meeting the needs of our Partners.

What you'll be doing:

As a Marketing Account Specialist , you will:

  • Build Strong Relationships: Act as the liaison between Partner businesses, Account Executives, and Specialist Agency teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and Update Websites: Use our in house systems to create and amend Partner Websites, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with corporate and marketing standards.
  • Evaluate and Process Requests: Review incoming requests, question unclear aspects, and use available resources to resolve and complete a wide variety of Partner requests efficiently.
  • Ensure Compliance: Liaise with internal departments for technical and compliance approvals, ensuring all marketing promotions adhere to brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Deliver Excellent Service: Answer and direct marketing queries, and triage requests in Salesforce, maintaining a high standard of service and timely updates to Partners and stakeholders.
  • Consult and Advise: Conduct Partner consultation meetings to discuss marketing requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure the best solutions are implemented.

Who we're looking for:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Marketing Expertise: Marketing experience with a strong understanding of various marketing channels is ideal but not essential
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid skills in Microsoft Office and a good grasp of web technologies and content management systems. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional proof reading abilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate decisions clearly to various audiences.
  • Organisational Skills: The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively to meet timeframes
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative team player with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage Partner expectations and build positive relationships.

Special Requirements

  • Able to travel to our Head Office in Cirencester 3 days a week (2 days work from home)
  • Flexibility to adapt to business needs and occasional travel for meetings.
