Job Responsibility:

We're looking for a Barback Supervisor to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen.

Our Bar Support Team plays a vital role in our success, supporting the bartenders and the floor team to ensure our renowned South London venue delivers operational excellence. You will lead the team in supporting the preparation and staging on the bar counters, fridges and back bars for service. You'll ensure the team has prepared the bar with sufficient quantities of all equipment and beverages. During our club nights and events, you'll bring your vibrant energy and positive leadership to the venue ensuring all workstations are ready for action and the dance floor is safe for our guests.
