Nightingales Medical Billing provides invoicing and account services to private medical Consultants.
Job description
As a member of the team you will be assisting private medical consultants with their invoicing and payment management as well as helping with related queries on the telephone and by email. This will be a hybrid working role with a minimum of three days based in the office.
Daily tasks will involve:
- The input of billing details into an online database, the creation and issuing of invoices electronically.
- Answering incoming enquiries efficiently.
- Reconciling incoming payments.
- Managing patient accounts.
- General administration duties and the management of queries.
- Liaising with medical insurers.
The successful applicant will have some experience dealing with customer enquiries and managing those to a resolution. Good internet and MS Outlook skills are required, Excel knowledge is a bonus. The ability to integrate into a small team is essential.
We offer a (hybrid) 34 hour, Monday to Friday working week. Office hours are 9am to 5pm but home working hours are flexible. 28 days paid holiday and a company pension scheme.
