JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to lead recruitment services for our PM&C business unit. Reporting to the Principal Recruitment Business Partner, you will ensure our hiring processes align with strategic objectives and company policies. This role is based in our Covent Garden office in London.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Recruitment Delivery: Oversee the recruitment demands, ensuring efficient and effective hiring.

Performance Tracking: Track and report recruitment performance, providing regular updates.

Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing plans to attract top talent.

Team Management: Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and training.

Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for recruitment agencies.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to company policies and effective use of the ATS.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand and meet their needs.

Process Improvement: Continuously enhance recruitment processes and strategies.

Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

MY PROFILE

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a business partnering role.
  • In-house recruitment experience is essential.
  • Consultancy experience in sectors like low-carbon energy, transport, or infrastructure is advantageous.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing recruitment teams.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software tools.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align recruitment with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of current recruitment trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
