The Job As a Junior SEO Specialist in our digital marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our website for enhanced search engine visibility, thereby driving organic traffic. Working closely with the Web Strategy team , you will implement SEO strategies and stay abreast of industry trends. Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings.
  • Implement on-page SEO techniques, including optimizing meta tags and improving site structure.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance utilizing tools such as Adobe Analytics and BrightEdge.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content.
  • Generate SEO reports and offer insights to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
  • An understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, BrightEdge, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Passion for user experience with the desire to learn and grow knowledge over time.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Target or similar testing platform is a plus.
  • Results-driven individual with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment within a fast-paced industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
