You will need:

• Full and Relevant Level 3 (ideally Level 5 or above) Early Years qualification
• Proven experience of leadership within the baby room in an early years setting
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
• Experience with working with children from birth to two

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
