Job Responsibility:
A Busy, Family-owned Funeral Directors with offices in Powys and Shrewsbury, have a vacancy for a self-motivated, well organised, computer literate member of staff, with good interpersonal skills with a high level for attention to detail. The position will be based in our Four Crosses and Shrewsbury offices.
A compassionate and sympathetic nature is paramount, along with being flexible, to include evening and weekend callouts/on call rota.
A Full, clean driving licence is a must, and preferably with previous experience in a busy office/funeral directors is also advantageous.
Duties:- Overseeing and organising the day-to-day processes and procedures,- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory- Bearing duties- Conversing with Families, suppliers, and colleagues on a daily basis.- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or forwarding to the appropriate person- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Skills:- Excellent organizational and time management skills- A compassionate and sympathetic nature is paramount- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong problem-solving skills

Pay: £19,968.00-£24,960.00 per year
