We're seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to be an integral part of our team. Your mission will be to not only drive new business by selling our innovative restaurant POS system but also to collaborate closely with restaurant clients to enhance their operations through online takeaway orders, reservations, and effective online marketing strategies. This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology, sales, and the restaurant industry, eager to contribute to our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Actively sell our comprehensive restaurant POS system to restaurants, demonstrating its value in streamlining operations and enhancing customer service.
- Partner with restaurant clients to implement and optimize online takeaway orders and reservation systems, ensuring a seamless integration with their current operations.
- Assist restaurants in developing and executing impactful online marketing strategies to boost their visibility and attract more customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the unique needs of each potential client.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies, with a keen eye on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and generate detailed reports to inform sales strategies.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in the B2B sector and a strong preference for backgrounds in technology or the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate deals effectively.
- Experience in facilitating online order systems and digital marketing strategies for clients is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM software, ideally Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a passion for technology and innovation within the restaurant industry.
