Our business keeps growing, so we're looking for a skilled Account Strategist to join our international team. As an International Account Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating international account programs simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution, timely delivery, and exceptional quality.

Your daily tasks will entail:

  • Developing comprehensive program plans aligned to the international program vision, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations
  • Continuously evaluating program management processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing best practices for international markets
  • Collaborating with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and providing updates on international program progress
  • Building relationships with local suppliers and gathering information on capabilities and line lists to propel inventory product growth
  • Supporting the localization of international branded stores and Amazon channels, ensuring best-in-class customer experience
  • Influencing and guiding cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, setting expectations, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Identifying potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions
  • Implementing quality control processes to ensure the service outcome meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standards

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in project or program management, preferably within the merch-on-demand, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on finding practical solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in project management software, Google Apps for Business, Microsoft Office suite, and collaboration tools
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working in Shopify and Amazon sales channels will be considered an advantage
