The Opportunity: At Easywaste, our new office based Outbound Telesales Executive role is crucial in our business growth. We focus on selling comprehensive waste management solutions to new B2B clients across a wide range of SME, FM and Corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage your designated area using all routes to market.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Generate leads through cold calling and digital tools like LinkedIn.
- Build relationships with potential customers.
- Generate calls at director level through B2B outbound cold calling.
- Manage pipelines using a CRM system.
Key Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or a relevant Tele sales role.
- Proficiency in using a CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent cold calling telephone selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- Experience in waste management sales or business development is highly desirable. Preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to generate leads using digital tools and cold calling.
- Proven track record in new business development, building your own pipeline, and delivering new business opportunities.
- Ability to work closely with operations to ensure quality of service and account retention.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, ideally from a Business to Business (B2B) role.
