Job Responsibility:

Uniform Contracts Manager- supporting employee engagement across CEX We are changing and bringing together our customer facing teams into one Customer Experience directorate to enhance the experience of our customers today and tomorrow. This has created a new role where you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of AWC's uniform and equipment, ensuring it aligns with our brand values. You will review and improve AWCs uniform Policy, Standards and Procedures and ensure these are communicated across the business. By effectively managing our suppliers and contracts, you will play a key role in positively impacting employee engagement across CEX. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our procurement team and support them in the supplier tendering process. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our main uniform supplier, conducting uniform audits across CEX, and developing and delivering a uniform strategy in line with our brand narrative. You will also be responsible for managing special measure orders for individual colleagues, forecasting and coordinating uniform distribution, and maintaining inventory controls. Your role as Uniform Contracts Manager will be vital in maintaining high-quality standards and resolving any uniform-related issues. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a collaborative team and make a significant impact on the overall success of AWC. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in supplier and contract management
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
• Broad experience of leading project based activities delivering against business targets
