Responsibilities:

- Prepare and prime vehicles for the paint operation.

- Mix paint schemes accurately.

- Perform part and full resprays.

- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets specified standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven ability to produce high-quality work from start to finish with a solid understanding of modern practices and techniques.

- Experience with water-based and solvent-based paint systems is essential.

- A stable work history as an experienced vehicle paint sprayer/paint technician.

- ATA/IMI accreditations and City & Guilds qualifications are highly desirable.

- Commitment to high standards and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
