Hybrid Working (Offered after probation and training will be given in the office)

12 Month Fixed Term Contract£23,000 + Fantastic Benefits

Full Time - 37. 5 hours a week (shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 2pm on (Occasional) Saturdays)

We are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Officer to join our dynamic Contact Centre team located at our head office in High Street Kensington. We will look to you to ensure that our patient experience is at the centre of all activities within your scope of responsibility. Your primary emphasis will be on efficient and effective communication, at all levels, to both external and internal clients by answering and extending all incoming or over flow calls within the contact centre.

You'll help us make health happen by:

  • Answer and extend all incoming calls from patients, their families, clinicians and members of the general public.
  • Book Out-Patient appointments, obtaining all the necessary information inputting all details to the Hospital's Information System when required
  • Maintain and promote an efficient and high quality service to all internal and external clients inclusive of patients, their families, clinicians and members of the general public.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information regarding patients, families and friends at all times.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of both computerised and manual data
  • Manage the various pathway services including breast and prostate services.
  • Carry out other duties as required by the Contact Centre supervisor

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Experience working within a contact centre and with administrative duties
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working within a healthcare setting would be desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure with exemplary attention to detail
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Excellent organisational and Time management skills
