More about your role

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Touchstone sales team. The purpose of the role is to support and assist the Mobilisation Manager with the mobilization and stabilization of new client contracts across all services offered by Touchstone. The role will involve supporting the transitions of changing contracts and the retention of existing clients. The undertaking of ad hoc projects may also be required, depending on the ebb and flow of onboarding work. The role will primarily be working with the Mobilisation Manager but may also involve assisting other team members of the sales and operational teams with ad hoc administration tasks.

We aim to provide a seamless service when onboarding and offboarding contracts. You will assist with devising, agreeing and implementing policies, procedures and processes where required.

This role will require a positive attitude and keenness to learn about the wider business, operational functions, ESG, governance, marketing and clients.

The ideal candidate for this role is a resilient and reliable problem-solver with strong decision-making skills, capable of handling the complexities of a new work area while balancing specific project requirements with broader operational goals. They should possess a thorough understanding of Touchstone's business, property management processes, and ideally, knowledge in intermediate rentals, Build to Rent, or Shared Ownership. Key attributes include a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization. The candidate must be adept at presenting processes clearly, taking ownership of their work, and building beneficial relationships with internal and external clients. Additionally, they should be detail-oriented, capable of working under pressure, and have a keen interest in business and marketing. Their ability to assist with timely project delivery and think innovatively within company policies is crucial for success in this role.
