Job Responsibility:

We have the following hours available:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 Hours Per Week

Our office is based in Harleston, near Diss in a converted railway station less than 5 minutes walk from the town centre. There is free on site parking.

You must have previous customer service experience (car sales, retail or insurance would be ideal) a great telephone manner and be comfortable using various CRM platforms and Microsoft packages.

We work in close partnership with vehicle manufacturers and dealerships to strengthen their relationships with their customers, leading to increased loyalty and greater revenues. The core of the business is finance renewals: with a live book of over 100,000 customers which is growing all the time. We use reliable, highly evolved platforms to integrate our systems with our clients'. We offer a customer service that is second-to-none and we take responsibility so that our clients can focus on their strengths, knowing that their customers are in great hands.

On behalf of our clients, you will make high volumes of outbound compliant contacts to customers including the following.

  • Support the answering of inbound enquiries.
  • Using various omni-channels to support customer sales journey
  • Develop customer relationships
  • Assist with customer enquiries
  • Redirect general enquiries to relevant departments
  • Professional follow up service
  • A good understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Provide effective information to prospective customers
  • Book appointments and achieve the relevant targets
  • Manage CRM databases

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
