Recruitment Resourcer Job Title : Recruitment Resourcer (12 Month Maternity Cover) Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager (UK & Europe) Location: Leek ST13 5SP, with travel to UK sites as required (hybrid working offered with this role). Ornua is actively seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruitment Resourcer is a trusted business partner to Hiring Manager(s), staying connected on local hiring needs, developing sourcing, and recruiting strategies and executing activities included in the hiring process. The Recruitment Resourcer will direct and deliver all aspects of the recruiting process for production roles across all sites in the UK. Why Ornua? Why This Role Is Valuable: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for hourly positions including sourcing and phone screening, providing guidance on the selection of candidates, process offers and pre-employment steps, as required. Schedule interviews for all UK vacancies and send out instructions to candidates and panel members. Ensure a positive candidate and hiring team experience by providing timely feedback and consistent communication throughout the process. Strategise different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns. Advertising all vacancies internally, onto company website, job boards and social media. Design attractive campaigns and promote across our social media platforms. Updating the internal ATS system and supporting the candidate journey. Updating weekly reporting statistics in connection with time to hire and costs. Represent the company at job fairs and career events. Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas. Working in liaison with HR Business Partners to formulate and maintain Role Profiles for vacancies and existing roles. What You Bring To The Role: Previous experience of working within a recruitment, customer service or administration role. Ability to engage effectively at the required level both internally and externally, building working relationships based on mutual trust and respect. Effective interpersonal, time management, and organisation skills. IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office applications and social media platforms.
